  There is some scam in this petrol pump...Not once but couple of times I faced only in this petrol pump...the first few dollar amount goes up but no petrol coming through...everytime I let it go this time it went till $8.50, I even lifted to see the hose it was just a small drop or 2, so I put it back on the hose and tried again thats when the actual petrol came through. I reported it all times and they do nothing about it instead are rude and doesnt want to listen if there is a problem, so surely they know and do it on purpose.

  A big thank you to the young gentleman behind the counter. He saw me struggling to get up putting air in my tyres. Weakness in hips and shoulders due to car accident. He came out and did the rest of my tyres for me. His kindness brought tears to my eyes. Bless you, young man.

  I needed their ABN for bookkeeping purpose but couldn't find as their business name and company name are different. Then I called them and asked. I was answered that ABN number cannot be provided as they don't know me. lol

  I have been there because patrol price appeared to be cheaper than others but it has been a scam going on behind it as their food prices and services' have been absolutely ripped off. Their coffee machine always being broken which is a scam to lure the customer in it as they do not care about their services in this patrol station most of the equipment and tools are either not working or not in services due to the negligence of unfriendly and unprofessional staff member. Staffs are unprofessional ,unhygienic and rude, don't have any idea about customer service, they are on the phone whilst customers are waiting to get service. Absolutely rip off prices, food are stale and tasteless that I have got tummy ache. Food prices are super high compare to the competitors. I would have given minus five if possible. I won't go there any more.

  The price might be ok, but the squeegee for the windshield was broken and literally just scratched the windshield with it. Bucket is broken with the water as well. What’s the point to put it out this way. After paying I had to ask for a receipt and the staff literally was annoyed.
